The product must be used, in the same original condition, and in the original packaging.
A refund request should be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) must be provided.

We regret that we cannot refund on some of these items:
Products that have been used are gone or damaged.
Customized or personalized items.
Any product dispatched at the time of sale will not be refunded.
Sale or clearance items.
